Introduction

First, I would like to get this out in the open right away: No, I do not have an eating disorder, but yes, I am obsessive about my body and its health and weight status. Not only am I doing this for my own benefit, but I am also doing this so other people who are worried about their own well being can benefit from what I experience on certain diets and fitness programs. This blog is more of a tool than a journal; I would like to help people find the perfect diet and fitness routine for their bodies and help them achieve their goals in the healthiest way possible. I am not promoting irrational weight loss, nor am I promoting anorexia, bulimia, EDNOS, or any other eating disorder; the last thing I would want is to have someone seriously injure themselves from too severe of a diet or exercise regimen. I want people to achieve their weight loss goals, but at the same time, I want them to embrace their bodies and health and take care of it as if it were their children.

Second, I am writing this at around midnight, when I am usually in bed asleep. If none of this makes sense, please, bear with me.

Third, welcome to my little corner of the internet. Here, I will be posting diets and exercises that I will tackle, and in the course of a certain amount of time, give you any results I gather and my thoughts on each diet and exercise. I will look up these diets and exercises on the internet, but I also encourage you to send me your ideas, or your questions on a diet/exercise you'd like to try. I am here to help!
